Hi vagab people, here are some photos of my “Three Day diet History” :)
There is my breakfast-Fitness cereal         
dinner:salad with pieces of chicken      
  and day 2 :                                                                         
my breakfast: vanilla cream cheese
and little snack: crackers ;)


dinner:simmer vegetables

Day 3:
breakfast: Fitness cereal
my dinner: fried fish with potatoes
apple pie for dessert
cappuccino
black coffee: for my mum and dad
and sapper: sandwiches
